Christy is phenomenal. I came to her when I was at a major crossroads in my career. Was I to start my own business and pursue the entrepreneurial path by starting my own business, or find an entirely different career more suited for me? First, I really meshed well with Christy. Her energy is so infectious that you just can't help but do the tasks that you set out to achieve for the week in helping find the answers to your questions. Along the way, Christy used a number of diagnostic tests, strengths tests, 360 degree feedback from peers, etc. In the end, we ended up with a ton of data points (which greatly appealed to my analytical side) that primed a foundation for criteria to sort through my options. After 8-12 weeks, I can confidently say that I found a great degree of clarity on my path, purpose, and goals for the days to come. The most important thing that came out of this was the self-confidence that I worked hard (Christy really pushes you) to get where I was.
