Prior to meeting with Christy, I wasn't a huge believer in coaching. Christy, however, is the real deal who operates and the intersection of personal, professional, and spiritual development. I worked with Christy over a few months in my senior year of college, and she was so helpful in preparing me to make the most of my last year. I had a lot of goals and things I wanted to accomplish, and being able to work with her allowed me to make a very strong plan for how to achieve those. Working through these with here not only allowed me to build a vision for my next 8 months, but also one for my next 3 years and on. One of the best things about working with Christy is how detailed her notes and ideas are. I felt after every meeting she would send me a long email with exactly what we talked about, actions I need to take going forward, and resources to help me with that. This was so so helpful because before I would take notes here and there and occasionally pull stuff from the internet that I thought would help. But having my goals and actions written out in such care and detail, helped me manifest them and keep me on track to achieve them. Overall I really enjoyed working and getting to know Christy, and I am so thankful for the structure she helped me build, to create the person I am today!
