Christy Geiger is a Master Certified Coach working with Executives, Innovative Entrepreneurs & Sr. Leaders to maximize their strengths, potential, and human performance. As the founder of Synergy Strategies, Christy challenges her clients to accelerate their growth, raise emotional intelligence, and lead from the INSIDE out. Through coaching, leaders find greater clarity, focus, and plans for action. As a result, they make better decisions, build stronger teams, and fuel the future. Christy brings a blend of warmth, energy, and focus. Her background in human psychology & neuroscience, emotional intelligence, personality assessments, and strategic planning allows her to challenge leaders to maximize their human performance.

- Master Certified Coach (MCC, ICF): MCCs are among the top 5% of coaches worldwide. Christy brings over two decades of executive coaching experience focused on leadership, strategy, and emotional intelligence.
- Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC): Trained by the Co-Active Training Institute in 2003, Christy helps leaders develop clarity, confidence, and connection in how they lead.
- MFCC – Master's in Marriage, Family & Child Counseling: Christy began her career in mental health, equipping her with deep insight into human behavior and communication.
- Founder of Gaps Performance & Synergy Strategies: She has led two coaching and consulting firms, using tools like DISC to help teams hire, grow, and collaborate effectively.
- Startup HR & Business Growth Experience: As HR Manager for a tech startup, she gained firsthand experience in scaling and navigating business change from launch to closure.
WHY DOES CHRISTY DO WHAT SHE DOES?
I believe that everyone is born with a purpose, with gifts and talents. My desire for all people is that they would know, understand, and live at their highest potential. I am most passionate about working with leaders, because leaders are a gateway to elevate others OR are a lid to their potential. I love supporting leaders to be the best leaders they can be because when they are skillful and lead well, they lift others up and empower their greatest gifts and potential. Leaders become MULTIPLIERS they pass on the vision, energy and mindset that is critical to help others to be successful and to find deep and meaningful fulfillment in their greatest life work.

I am inspired by things that make a difference … humanity growing, learning and improving. Doing things that change lives and make them better. I am inspired by great leadership and having the opportunity to lead something that matters. I love to find solutions to challenges, create action plans and see them executed well. I love working when work means supporting leaders and organizations to perform at their highest potential. I am inspired by people who have grit, drive, determination, have a vision and desire to be their best. I am curious to learn about personal growth and development, how people and our brains work, and how we can maximize our time, energies and efforts. Outside of this, I am inspired by nature – the intricacy of flowers and trees.. I am inspired by animals and their amazingness.
